Motion RC shipped replacement for the curved/bent tailfeathers in the kit. Very nice taking care of customers that way. Thank You
It's a good plane, good presence , and looks
Place battery not all the way to the front , on grass will nose dive, but once you get that sweet spot it's great. It's acrobatic , and fun, for the money it's a great deal. I bought a second one. My first Pitts i still have it , and after multiple repair flys good. Now that I am 5 yrs more experienced I bought it again in red
Great flier but under powered on 3 cell
Flies great on a 4 cell as recommended . Roll rate is solid with little loss in altitude. Good vertical performance. I found it under powered on a 3-cell. Keep in mind I fly at 4200'. Did get the plane back in one piece on the 3 cell..
Building/Flying Pitts Mod 12
Model arrived in great condition and was fairly easy to put together. This Airplane flies great but has poor servos. The Aileron Servos struggled to move the Aileron's - I replaced these servos with TowerPro MG 91 and now Aileron's will fully deflect and with great speed. Had problem with Rudder servo gears breaking during transporting Airplane - I replaced this servo with Tower Pro MG 92B and now have stronger Rudder response and gears will not break from moving Airplane around. Overall great Airplane for the price but needs better servos.
Dynam Pitts Model 12 Red 1070mm (42") Wingspan - PNP
This is the second of these i have had. Both had tail feather problems but this last one was really warped. Fortunately, a steamer and persistence straightened things out. It just seems that Dynam should do better, most else was fine.
Problems start with ridiculous packing
Warped control surfaces (impossible to fix), ESC burst into flames after a half dozen flights, both servos at rear of plane fail. I am seeing many, many issues with Dynam products. Dynam quality is so far removed from FMS/Flightline/E-Flight as to be rather sad. I am not a novice flyer and have experienced a wide variety of issues with EPO electrics...the great majority of which are attributed to Dynam planes. Want a great plane? One worth the several hundred dollars you are going to spend? Go with the Edge, Ultimate, Timber or Spitfire. Just my take. JP...Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Great flyer after mods
Using recommended lipo I needed to add lead to the nose to get close to the CG. Had to cut the top aileron control horns loose to move them down to use the supplied linkage, this worked well. Warped tail feathers, I used very hot tap water and hand formed them back to original, this worked very well without damage to paint. After that this is one of my favorite flyers.
Great flying airplane.
The airplane went together well except for a few minor exceptions. The vertical fin had some distortion to it which I wasn't able to do much about. Fortunately it doesn't seem to affect how it flies. The other problem was with the rods which connect the upper and lower ailerons. They are a little too short. The clevises don't have enough thread engagement when they are properly adjusted. Not a big deal for me cause I wanted to use a stiffer arrangement anyway. The airplane flies really great. The motor/battery/prop combo is perfect and provides plenty of power for any acrobatics. I'm very impressed with the way it flies. I have a 30cc gas Pitts with the same color scheme and they both fly pretty much the same.
Second flight with the plane, was entering into a blender and the hinges ripped off the elevator and the rudder, resulting in a total loss of the airplane.
