Freewing F-16 V2 6S-Pro Arctic Camo 70mm EDF Jet – PNP
Freewing F-16 V2 6S-Pro Aggressor Arctic Camo 70mm EDF Jet - (Plug-N-Play) - PNP - FJ21121P
The F-16C “Fighting Falcon” is a single-engine multi-role fighter aircraft originally developed for the United States Air Force (USAF). Designed as an air superiority day fighter, the aircraft evolved into a successful all-weather multirole platform. The F-16C features an internal M61 Vulcan cannon and multiple locations for mounting weapons and other mission equipment. Operating in nearly 30 countries to this day, the F-16 has distinguished its place in aviation history.
Freewing has modeled this brilliant aircraft in EPO foam with a 70mm electric ducted fan (EDF) power system. With a 1306mm length and 878mm wingspan, this 1/12 scale flying replica including many exciting features! An accurate scale outline with sharp surface details and panel lines make this model stand out at your airfield. Removable main wings and a magnetic nose cone make transport very convenient. The cockpit battery bay cover is secured with a sliding latch to prevent separation during flight, and the entire aircraft is reinforced with strategic placement of carbon tubes to withstand vigorous flying maneuvers. A control board helps to consolidate all the wiring for a clean battery bay. For pilots who want an extra “scale” touch, an optional ordnance set is sold separately, containing two AIM-120 AMRAAM and two AGM-88 HARM missiles.
The Freewing 70mm F-16C V2 features electric retractable landing gear for lower drag and better scale appearance during flight. This versatile jet is offered in three different powerplant options: 4s Standard, 6s Professional and ARF PLUS for those who want to put their own power system inside. These power systems achieve a maximum speed of 78mph and 103mph, respectively. The aircraft is designed for stability, strong vertical climbing performance, and short takeoff distance. The aircraft can also maintain a high alpha of 30 degrees to demonstrate its superior low speed stability. The 4s Standard version is suitable for beginning intermediate pilots and above skill levels. We recommend the 6s Pro version for skilled intermediate or advanced pilots with experience flying at least two EDFs.
We are proud to feature this version of the F-16 70mm V2 in the popular Aggressor Arctic camo colors from the 354th Aggressor Squadron. Visit www.callie-graphics.com to purchase other optional decal sets for this model.

f 16 freewing 70 mm jet
Front landing gear a little weak. For the price I think it should have had lights.
**** of a nice plane.
I used to spend over a year trying to build a nice scale war bird in the 1970's but I never could have built some thing as nice as this bird. Gerry N.
Worth every penny....
I purchased this recently and took it out for the first time a few days ago. Let me say that the quality is outstanding. When I opened the box i couldn't believe how big this plane is. It almost seemed like it should have been an 80mm unit instead of a 70. I was a little dubious that the 70mm unit would produce enough thrust, it is not a light plane either. Have no fear. I flew the first flight on a 4000mah 6S battery 60C rated, as recommended. It ran straight and true and lifted off fairly easily. It required very minimal trimming. I have to say that the recommended aileron throws are just insane in my opinion. Low rates are 22mm up and down and high rates are like 35. This is nuts! I went with about 15mm up and 15mm down and this gives you a more realistic roll rate. I use 100% on the elevators and about 80% on the rudder and steering. This works out well. I flew for 4 or 5 minutes then brought it in. I landed hot and almost overran my runway that has a busy street at the end! My 2nd flight I flew with a 3300mah 60C battery and I feel like this is the battery for this plane. It lifted off easier and climbed with authority. I pointed it at the sky and it never ran out of steam, just kept climbing. I would say unlimited vertical or darn close too it. So much for my doubts about that 70mm fan. It sounds ******* too! I love this plane! I had to ditch the missle rails as I just like to fly as clean as possible. I had a few minor issues like a few of the stickers were peeling off, but it was an easy fix. I dont often return after a first flight just totally stoked over my new purchase but I was this time! I am sure in time I will upgrade to the metal landing gear, but right now I have a 90mm F-22 to put together! Motion RC keeps me coming back for more!
25 flights and counting...
This plane is a ball to fly! I decided to go without the upgraded struts and after 25 flight haven’t noticed any problems. I did replace the very hard foam main wheels with low bounce du-bro’s which added some cushioning. I fly at 4000 feet and it has plenty of power for all the normal maneuvers, and looks amazing doing them! You can’t get the plane to tip stall, low passes with full up elevator and enough thrust to maintain alititude result in about a 45 degree angle of attack while flying level. You are way behind the power curve, but it’s easy to impress your friends! The rollout is LOOONNGGG, I need to tighten the wheel collars or something, because the sucker just keeps rolling after touchdown. I haven’t gone off the runway yet, but I’ve gotten close! I love this plane. Period.
Extremely beautiful airplane! Appearance - 10+ Performance - 10+ Grass runway handling - 10+ Fell in love with it!

F16 v2 artic camo
Very good product , no problems with build and bind to a AR636A reciever , great flier, no problems with stall test, flight was worth every dallor spent on this F16 camo!!
The artic camo is very effective in the air. Keep it close the first couple of flights until you get used it. My first two flights, the landings were a bit fast but on the next flight, I practiced slow flight and the landings became just beautiful high alpha style. I used Zippy's compact 4000mah giving me about 3.5 minutes of high energy flying..lots of fun.
