Dynam T-28 Trojan Red V2 1270mm (50") Wingspan - PNP - DY8940PNP-RED
This is the new and improved version (V2) of the popular Dynam T-28 Trojan. This new version now includes a Tomcat Skylord 30 Amp ESC with XT60 connector, pre-installed flaps and pre-installed flap servos. The North American Aviation T-28 Trojan was a piston-engined military trainer aircraft used by the United States Air Force and United States Navy beginning in the 1950s. Besides its use as a trainer, the T-28 was successfully employed as a Counter-insurgency (COIN) aircraft, primarily during the Vietnam War.
Take to the skies with one of Dynam's warbird trainer offerings, the T-28 Trojan PNP! Includes servoless electronic retractable landing gear. All that is needed is your 6 channel radio, 6 channel receiver and 3 Cell 11.1V 2200 mAh LiPo Battery, and she's ready to take to the skies!
While this plane is not quite as fast as some of the other Dynam planes, pilots are rewarded with far longer than average flight times which is where this plane really shines. We see flight times of 10 minutes regularly and have stretched flight times up to 15 minutes with a fresh LiPo pack and little use of full throttle.

Nice foamy construction but fragile retracts. Fast shipping.
Overall quality of plane is good but the instructions or a little to none. None of the plugs were labeled
This product is not what I was expecting. The directions a very poor as is the product. The CG in the directions is way off. I maidened it and had my hands full. I had another guy in the club fly it with the same results. We finally got the CG right and not it flys but is still not as easy at it should be for this type of model.
Good flyer, nice to have flaps on bird of this size. As with most Dynam products the retracts are fragile.
I have flown this plane so many times i wanted to freshen it up. I fly off of pavement which can be ******* a plane so i replaced landing gear, upgraded to a four cell 2600 and a larger esc, added flaps that work great. Repainted and back for many more flights. Needless to say i am pleased with the plane.
Awesome purchase from motion RC. Super fast shipping too !!! Love spending my money with motion RC ......
My wife picked up the t-28 for xmas last yr, have flown very little, first flight went well no problems, second flight nose gear gave on soft landing, flew sat another soft landing nose gear gave, fixed nose gear and now main gear won’t cycle, plane is def under powered but flies nice, about 5 min on an admiral 3s 2200 3/4 throttle, handles great. So now it appears that I have to spend more money and replace the gear all the way around. Oh year main gear would not cycle when I put the plane together and also had 1 faulty flap servo, I guess I should of told her not to get the dynam, but I have a dynam Pitts and it flies great. Also the dynam c-188 and it flies great. S little underpowered but that’s ok, that is an easy fix if needed. I may continue to by dynam but def won’t by anymore of there birds with retracts. Also nav lights are useless without the connectors with the short wires. Dynam should of did a recall on there retracts. Nextine will spend more so I don’t have to put it together and then rip it apart to put in new retracts.
Plane flew great after the radio was set up for madden flight.
