Dynam Waco Red 1270mm (50") Wingspan - PNP - DY8952PNP-RED
The Dynam Waco Bi-Plane offers an appealing combination of performance, style and affordability. Designed using the latest technology in durable EPO foam providing lightweight and structural rigidity. The result is an aircraft that offers awesome levels of performance. This bi-plane spans its wings at 50 inches and sits at an overall length of almost 39 inches. The large prop is thrown by a BM3720A-650KV brushless motor supported by a Dynam 40A electronic speed controller. Control surfaces are handled by four 9 gram Detrum servos and includes a steerable tail wheel for easy taxing around the runway. Requires a 14.8V 2200mah Li-Po Battery, 4 channel radio and receiver. When more power is needed during sports aerobatic flying the Detrum power system delivers it effortlessly and smoothly. An easy access hatch allows for quick battery changes without having to remove the wings. The power plant and scale like features allow this plane to fly gracefully with outstanding flight characteristics.

Warped tail features
My only complaint is the warped tail feathers. I glued the tail feathers on put admiral 2200 all the way forward and it flies great
Granted, I am not a great modeler, but I found the paint quality to be poor, gaps in seams, parts needing to be bent or sanded to fit. The red borders on the stickers makes no sense for a red airplane. But once completed it is a nice airplane.
hard plane to assemble
Directions too small, poor diagrams, lack of screw sizes and location, some missing. But all in all, plane is OK.
Great little airplane. Put a Motion A3 in it for stability and it flys like a dream
This and the yellow one are two of the best planes Dynam has produced. However, It has very warped stabilizers and upper wings. What is with Dynam that they can't, after all the complaints, figure out why there planes go out with warped flying surfaces?!!!!!!!!!! It appears that MRC and Dynam don't give a hoot about this problem which has been consistent for years! I have spent thousands of dollars with MRC and am very happy with the way they run there company (customer first). This is why I am so perplexed that the warping issue continues. After all this, they are very beautiful planes and they fly wonderfully. Doc
great plane! love it
Nice model, looks good. The rudder is packed so that it is warped right out of the box. The directions are not very clear. The model has been updated but not the directions. Also directions aren't clear about what screws to use where. This is just my second model to assemble. Fortunately I found a YouTube video about assembling this plane and a guy in our RC club built one a few years ago. If not for that help assembly would have taken longer. Gave it 3 stars due to unclear directions.
