Super item...great add on to the plane and more fun. Item was easy to install and the service was again great, thanks.
Worked great on grandson's plane. He was able to fly the plane with attached floats in good order.
100% ready to install kit - for the most part. Was missing the elastic bands to secure the the rudder push rod sheath to the struts. Not that big a deal as they are easy enough to make. The metal inserts in both the float rudder arm steering arm were installed backwards. Had to push them out and set them back in correctly. Otherwise a good kit.
Floats are 30" long without the rudder,31.5" with the rudder Height is 7.5" from the bottom of the plane to the ground. Width is 16.5" Looks great on the plane and the handles them very well.
Will do more business with Motion RC.
Received in good condition and a day early.Great service
As always super fast shipping from MRC! These floats look great on my Apprentice. I haven't had the chance to put it in the water yet, but I think I will have some time this weekend. The reason for 4 stars is three of the four plastic pieces that connect the floats to the hardware came unattached. Not that big of a deal, as I just hot glued them on. Now I know they won't come free in the event of a hard landing. (Which, in my case is inevitable). But otherwise, easy to put together, pretty sturdy and looks good.
These floats would be perfect if they had a hard plastic bottom. They will not survive long without protection. They go together well and fly well but will not handle rough terrain and will not last long with abrasive material on the runway. Kirk
Fit and finish excellent, very easy installation. Like the look of the plane so much with floats I have been flying it off grass. If the grass is not too short or if a little wet the plane takes off no problem. Landing is great, right at your feet with no roll out, LOL. When the grass is dry I hand launch. Excellent on water as well.
