Took the plane up three times on floats and it performed well. Had a little trouble with take offs, but it flew and landed well,. Pleased with the performance
I received it a while back Put it aside in the garage/hanger and let it sit. I finally assembled it yesterday. It took a whole 35 minutes. I moded it, I added flaperons. Haven't flown it yet, but she looks like a dream.
Pkg arrived fast and was well-packed. The plane went together in minutes. It took longer to setup my radio than assembling the Super EZ! Quality is very good. No issues at all. I flew it a couple of times so far and I think this is a great flyer. Good handling. No bad habits. Approaches are a bit long as it is a bit floaty. I will try flaperons next. I'm not the best pilot but I found this plane easy to handle. Maneuvers are just slow enough to understand your mistakes and learn to improve. It will fly slow or fast equally well. I think it has enough power. I haven't tried the floats yet but they look to be excellent quality, just like the rest of the airplane. I highly recommend this one!!! It might not be the best choice for a first airplane unless you have help or an instructor. Perhaps a gyro would change that - but I haven't tried that. Overall, the price is amazing for an airplane of this completeness and quality.
SUPR EZ V2
Haven't flown it yet! I have high hopes. It is pretty and the technology has advanced to where the plane is more sturdy (beefy but sleek fuselage and strong gear)... I'm sure I will be able to 'wear it out'!
Thanks Motion RC I have been flying 30 years it is the best deal best plane hands down GREAT ENGINEERING !!!!!!!!!!!
Great Plain - wish it had flaps
Easy to assemble. Flew it is 20mph winds - no problem... Flaps would make it better. Bigger wheels would be nice too...
Best foam high wing plane ever
All skill levels need this model. It will make you better pilot. In the wind this plane dominates. watch some xjet videos
well designed model, simple to
well designed model, simple to assemble,, and fun to fly. I'm very happy with it.
What a sweet little plane! I put a 10x7 prop on it and it takes off like a rocket! Flies smoothly and lands perfectly every time. It needs low bounce wheels. I don't like the Allen head screws, of which I was shorted by 2. I'm replacing them with Phillips head screws. The 2200 battery needs to be pushed back as far as it will go. I can hardly wait to use the floats! I did a full repaint. Yellow and red. Looks great!!! Also, the vertical and horizontal stabs look like they were designed by two different people without talking to each other. I cut off 1/4" from the hor. stab tips. now the they match the vert. stab nicely, and it flies perfectly. Doc
