f14 weapons set
sidewinder and sparrows warped and fins badly bent, not really to big of a problem as they will be straightened or the items will be swapped out with stiffer materials.
Pylons and weapons set
These make the plane look more realistic. A must have
My purchase of the F-104
One again I am loving my purchase from Motion RC. Love the dails of the plane and the great service the I get from Motion Rc... You get a lot for the money....
Model looks awesome. It took longer to figure out the directions than it did to finally assemble the aircraft. But overall I like it but haven't flown it yet. Still snow on the ground.
Free wing F14
Still in the process of putting this thing together but so far the materials and aircraft are superb quality. Looking forward to flying it in the future
Adds way too much drag and lift
I already knew these missiles would add drag, but didn't think it would be so bad, plus I felt that in the air it didn't make a difference as far as looks, the main issue are the large rails that stick out on the inner wings and adds major lift where I had to put lots of down trim. When wings were retracted back I had barely any control of aircraft it was very uncomfortable. They look cool on the ground and that's about it, I won't be flying with them on anytime soon. If you want to present this aircraft at a show it's wonderful but for flying not for beginners or even novice fliers, be very careful and expect the worst.
Nice plane for a foamie. Easy to finish and fly
F 14 Tomcat
Went together fairly easily. Rudders appeared to be plugged in backwards, so I called tech. support. Corrected the issue and finished the build. Ailerons were responding backwards once I bound it to the radio. Had to remove the wing cover because the ailerons were plugged in wrong as well. Navigation light on left wing doesn't work, so I have to remove the wing cover again to check that. Planning to try a maiden in 2 weeks if the weather cooperates.
