Typical Awesome

FMS has a habit of over delivering on parts compared to most and this is no exception. Push rod connector was installed on the rudder and 12als were pre installed. Was a 30 minute swap and my plane was like new!

Great to have spare parts available but...

The fuselage arrived on good condition, well boxed with 12als applied but there were two minor but irritating problems. The rudder came with the control horn attached, but it looks like it was for a ball link connector. My original pushrod had a clevis connector so I had to swap control horns. It wasn't that easy to do because the new rudder was molded to accept this new type of control horn, not the one from my old F2. The control horn shown in the picture of the fuselage part is not the one attached to the new rudder. Also, (weird) the canopy magnet in the new fuselage was ‘backwards' from the canopy magnet in my original cockpit. So when you try to put in the 'old' cockpit piece, it is actually repelled from the new fuselage! I dug out a magnet from the old fuselage and glued it into the cockpit piece and it worked ok. This is a review of the part only. I didn't contact motionrc about the problems so I'm not blaming them for the issue. For all I know, they would have provided a solution.
