Swift RocHobby 2215-3400kV Brushless Motor
Motor works fine on 3S, 100 flights. Consistently clocked at 78 mph all stock (GPS). Will only last a few flights on 4S, 10 flights for me at 90% throttle curve using 4S.
Don't waste your money on a replacement motor. Not the same as original and will not last. Nothing Motion RC is willing to do even though they can see from all the revues, this motor is junk!!
4 Flights and its smoked. The replacement motor is no where near as good as original. I will contact Motion RC on Monday to see what they will do.
Yeah it's a great flying wing if the motor lasted longer than 10 flights. Can't keep replacing motors like props… Come on' Roc Hobby, let's recommend a replacement or fix what's wrong. PLZ?
gave up on me the second day
After 4th flight motor locked up and smoked after i managed to land the plane with dead throttle...luckly it glided very nicely for landing.looking for altarnative motor...anybody has motor suggestions?
Dead in flight
Motor lasted 2 minutes on the 1st flight, and that's it!!! What would be a better alternative motor? Going to upgrade to a 70a esc with 4s
This motor lasted 4 flights and locked up.
Great while it lasted
I flew wit this motor about 10 times. The last time it froze up on me in mid flight. Was very fast until it crapped out on me. I will also see of Motion will do something for me
Love the speed I get with this motor, to bad they don,'t last to long. Got my swift and was having a lot of fun, this thing is fast. Then the motor locked up and quit. Bought a second one and this one did the same thing but this time got so hot that it melted the motor mount and the foam around whrer the motor mount goes in the back of the plane. Going to call Motion RC to see if they can do something about it.
