Product Damaged during Shipping

If your package was damaged during shipping (example: the box has crushed areas, visible holes, compression marks, or dents) Motion RC will replace any damaged items at our expense. The carrier will typically want to inspect any damage, so please keep all boxes and packing materials so the product can be returned to Motion RC.

Instructions:

  1. To help expedite the claims process, take at least one photo of the damaged box and one photo of the damaged product.
  2. Complete the new ticket form below.
  3. Attach the photos of the damaged box and damaged product in the TICKET DETAILS section (where is says "Drop files here or choose them")
  4. Once we receive your ticket, a Motion RC Customer Service representative will arrange a return shipment of the damaged goods and process a replacement order.
