The Republic P-47 Thunderbolt is one of the largest and heaviest fighter aircraft in history to be powered by a single piston engine. It was built from 1941-1945. It was heavily armed with eight .50-caliber machine guns, four per wing. When fully loaded, the P-47 weighed up to eight tons, and in the fighter-bomber ground-attack roles could carry five-inch rockets or a significant bomb load of 2,500 pounds; it could carry more than half the payload of the B-17 bomber on long-range missions. Dynam brings the P-47D Thunderbolt back to life with this exciting new 1220mm (48") wingspan - RTF version. Included is a GAVIN-6A 6-Channel 2.4GHz Transmitter, Detrum MSR66A 6-Channel 2.4Ghz Mini Receiver with iStone 6-Axis Gyro/ABS and 4S 14.8V 2200 mAh LiPo battery and you're ready to take to the skies!

Great product but better instructions

The instructions abt the bolts where they go are very bad because they are not specific which bolts go where. I suggest to the company marking the bolt threads different colors to know which bolts go where.

Love it.

It's been 17 years since I have done and RC. So I have to relearn stuff and somethings have change. I have enjoyed getting it together and still setting it up. Having a blast getting back in the swing. Looking forward to flying it. Might should of started off smaller but I love the P47 so I started with it. Hope my skills as a private pilot helps.

Dynam P-47D RTF

Had some difficulty attaching right wing which required some effort to get the screws to match the holes in the fuselage. Only one tail attatchement screw could be secured.
