Can I add or remove an item from my order after the order has been placed ?

  • Similar to Amazon and other high-speed fulfillment centers, Motion RC begins to fulfill your order just minutes after you submit your order on our website. To achieve our industry leading shipping speed and ensure order fulfillment accuracy, we are unable to interrupt our operations to modify an order once it enters the fulfillment process. In addition, for security purposes, we do not store any payment information in our systems, therefore, we are unable to automatically bill you for any additional items. Given this, we recommend you always double check your order for accuracy and completeness before submitting payment and completing your order. 

    • If you wish to purchase additional items - you will need to place a new order for the additional item(s).
    • If you ordered the wrong item or an item you did not need and your order has already been fulfilled - you can return new and unused merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
    • If you ordered the wrong item or an item you did not need and your order has NOT been fulfilled - you can cancel your order and place a new order for the correct items.
