    This is a common question and here’s why it happens. When a product is back in stock, our notification system compares the number of units that arrived to the number of people on the Back in Stock list. Everyone on the Back in Stock list gets an email if we get more units of stock than the number of customers on the waiting list. If we receive fewer units than the number of people on the Back in Stock list, then our system sends out emails to the Back in Stock list in the order that you signed up for notification. The system limits the number of emails sent to match the units of available inventory using a First In First Out (FIFO) method. This assures that you don’t get an Back in Stock email only to learn that the product is already sold out.

    What do I do if I didn’t get a Back in Stock email and now the product shows Out of Stock, do I need to sign up again?

    No, you don’t need to sign up again - our system holds your place on the list. When the product comes back in stock, the system resumes sending emails in the order that you signed up for notification on the Back in Stock list on a First In First Out (FIFO) basis.
