SkyRC Dual Port Safe Parallel Adapter - SK-600071

This is a Multi-Port Safe Parallel Module for safely interconnecting same-cell-count LiPo batteries in parallel; also supports RX/TX NiCds. This version supports LiPo batteries with JST XH compatible balance connectors and wiring. Interconnect cables available separately.

Tech Note: The balance connector on the dual port parallel adapter is an 8S balance connector. Please ensure your charger can support an 8 cell (8S) balance connector.

Photograph shows a ribbon cable. What's its function or purpose? How is power from a charger connected to the balance board? Do I need to buy cable to connect the balance board to the charger? Thanks, Richard Owen ps I have one in route from MotionRC.

Yes you have to buy cable, balance board usually comes with cable.

Can you use this balance board to charge just one battery and not multiple batteries? Also can it connect to the charger by banana plugs?

yes u can charge 2 batts at once, caution read your power supply's manual and do not use large batteries. u can use banana plugs, I do
