Pre-flight controls were fine and config was good, took rotor lock off, throttle up and an immediate right lean requiring alot of stick play to keep it in solid hover. It appeared to my son that it had straightened out so he added some elevation. About 12 feet up, right lean and then it started climbing against stick input. Eventually he had to lock the rotor to return it to earth. Dont have to tell you what that was like. Bought 2nd one to get him back in the saddle and it sits, charged and unused. Wont be buying another like this.

I do a pre check every flight idk why they backed off but I can't find the replacement screws it would be 5 stars for me but I have to give less because of that issue... they give extra screws but not for tail rotor or landing gear

Naturally my superb flying skills had the first one smash into the side of my house haha! And the second suffered a mechanical failure due to fatigue on the tail rotor which brought her down rather spectacularly! Even with a crash at 7 meters and 25 meters they held up really well, one can be repaired the other not so much, during its tumble the rotors bit off the tail. I would recommend checking the tail rotor for fatigue after 2 hours of flight time. And if it’s flys funny or abnormal be smart, land and Inspect. Otherwise super fun and super easy to fly!

I am no expert pilot but what I want is the fun factor. In real copters there are fly by wire assist or flight automation. This gets rid of the fear of crashing. I liked the auto-circling and the auto return. I’ll try the auto-inverted flight last just in case something goes wrong, or right after someone proves it okay in YouTube.
