Air Titan 1600mm (63") Wingspan - PNP from Skynetic - SKY1031-001

Motion RC is proud to announce Skynetic, a new brand of foam electric aircraft for newer pilots looking to broaden their flying experience across a range of RC airplane types. Developed by and available exclusively at Motion RC, Skynetic advances our vision of a global audience discovering the fun of RC Flight. Backed by Motion RC's customer support and a full line of spare parts to keep you flying, join the Skynetic revolution!

The Skynetic Air Titan is one of our most versatile and fun to fly RC airplanes. Its large wingspan, high-wing configuration, and durable metal landing gear make it an ideal trainer aircraft for beginner pilots. But this is not just a great trainer, the Air Titan's powerful motor and solid construction mean it can handle advanced aerobatics and more aggressive flying techniques. You can even use the Air Titan to tow your favorite glider to high altitudes using the included servo-controlled tow hook. Multiple landing equipment options is another reason why the Air Titan is one of our most popular aircraft.

The kit includes large wheels perfect for grass or pavement. If you want to fly off of water, there is an optional float set available with working rudders so you can easily takeoff and land on any pond or lake. And the fun doesn't need to stop in the Winter since Skynetic also has an Air Titan snow ski set available. The main wing can also be removed to make it easier to transport the Air Titan. Made of light yet durable EPO foam with a high wing and rugged tri-gear, the Air Titan is tailor-made for anyone wanting a large-size trainer with the versatility to fly on pavement, grass, water or snow.

Magnificent Airplane

Put this beauty up for the first time today. Great flyer, takes off and lands like a trainer but performs aerobatics far above trainer status. Qiuck rolls, pretty loops and files inverted almost the same as upright. It has good power using my cheap Turnigy 4S 4000 MAH batteries. I wouldnt mind more power, si I might experiment with a 14X8 prop or maybe a bigger motor. We had about 9MPH winds for my maiden but it handled that no problem. I was looknig for a warm up plane and relaxed flyer that I could wring out if I wanted to. This is definitely it!

Same as Paul

I flew my Titan for the first time yesterday . It flew well hands on, but when I let go it immediately made a climbing hard right turn heading for an accelerated stall . I caught her and was able to trim her out to fly straight and level and had no other issues. When I assembled it I bound my receiver zeroed out everything ailerons elevator. Rudder and flaps had everything perfectly lined up equal throws on all control surfaces, I think the problem is a poor wing mold . I have a Rebel and Avanti both flew true with minimum trim. Back to Titan after landing my aileron trim was 3/4 left to fly straight. Ailerons not looking pretty in neutral but flys well now . Also missing Y harness for ailerons.

Skynetic Air Titan

I am a novice , my instructor Benjamen Eason told me to order it . I feel great flying this little plane and I am making great turn and I believe the long wings have contributed to my success and also it has good stability. I am getting there slowly and gently . I love it . Alix Jacques

Still guessing

I have 2 other reviews on this plane. This is number 3. I took the airplane home and thought I had repaired it. I adjusted and reset the flaps so they were inline with the ailerons. I took her out this morning. It was beautiful. Light and variable minds, 85° and just no better. I taxied her out. Lined up on the centerline, and throttled up slowly. She lifted off at 1/2 throttle. She then went back into a right bank. The problem was still there. It wasn't so drastic this time, but it was still there. I fought her for 3 minutes and had hard arrival of a landing. Luckly I hurt my EGO more then the plane. I just had the landing gear bend out of line. I've straightend the gear, retrimmed the ailerons this time,we shall see what happens. She's a good plane, just has a mind of her own.

After first flight report.

I flew her for the first time today. A challenging episode was it. She had a bad right banking tendancy. I gave her full left aileron trim, and 1/2 rudder trim, and she still wanted to bank. I fought her for partial control and managed to get halfway lined up with or runway, landed it, and finally relaxed. Otherwise she was a grand flyer.

A nice after dinner project.

The title says it all. I haven't flown her yet, but the assembly was so easy it was almost a joke. That was with NO instructions. Im hoping she fly's well. The only trouble spots were no instructions, and a Y harness for the ailerons was missing. The flaps Y was there, but nill on the ailerons. I found the CG on the web site and it required about 2oz of nose weight. Otherwise she's good to go. If you overlook poor QC on the Y harness being left out, she's HIGHLY recomended. And I say that without having flown her yet, but I'm sertain she's a show stopper in the air.
