I put a NGH 9cc gas engine in it with a 12x6 nylon prop and it fly's the model very scale. To dress it up (jewelry), I added an aluminum hub/rim nose wheel and an aluminum spinner. I also clear glossed the cowl and wheel pants for a little extra pizazz. I use two Admiral LiFe 2100 2S batteries for receiver and ignition. The plane was a pleasure to assemble, and it is a wonderful flyer. Talk about "sweet" looking when it fly's by. The engine sips fuel and after 10min flights there is still 2/3ds of a tank of fuel remaining.

I also clear coated the cowling and wheel pants for a little extra pizazz. It takes a little down trim for flaps and is great for shooting touch and go's.

One disappointment of this model is that the 5030 motor that you recommend will not fit in this airplane with the supplied hardware. There is about 3mm of clearance from the motor housing to the mounting bolts when the motor is installed. The required nuts and washers can not be inserted or seared. I purchased a 600KV motor that should work fine with a 13/6 or 13/10 prop. Testing your products before recommending them would save us modelers a lot of headaches. Thank you

Most all others kits have a bolt going from inside fuselage into wing root! The cowl could be cut by the builder for a better fit! Canopy is hard to reinstall with main wings on, because wind screen makes it too large( wide ). I still have to fly it, so it will de the deciding factor if it is a good choice! Also the door is useless to use for access in the fuselage with the wing on!
